Yes, I can make that, Jen gets vacation, and I can drive up np. Cog theory has shit to do with raw intelligence boy. If you're going to spout psychobabble make sure the other guy knows less.....
It's not psycho babble, and actually that is cognitive theory and development.

Really? my olympic try out is me. I compete in climbing. Pros here are better than I am at that. So I listen to them, and train them in my areas of specialty. Is that hard to understand? No, they wouldn't have gotten there without my help or they wouldn't ask for it. But do tell.
Already run its course? it was a good conversation till you took a shit in it. Not my fault.
You tell me what I'm doing wrong Vedic, I'll certainly listen to what you have to say. If I like the idea I'll use it if I don't I won't. I'm always open to trying to make myself better.

That was not my point. If you would post with a better attitude others like myself, and hunto would be happy to have you. The thing is from my experience from lurking in the D&S is watching you belittle others and act like an arrogant prick.

this was a great thread when i checked it earlier today.

mods, if you could.. please clean this thread up so we can get back to the discussion.

i personally like joe's template and although i only used it for about two months before i had to start getting back down in weight for a tournament, there are some very valuable things to take away from it.

i think that, as vedic is saying, the original post in this thread shows how although joe following a general template, his programs are VARIED from athlete to athlete, as any good coach should.

Not much really, but even if you were, why would I help you now?

Hunto has a good attitude? Ok? You? Ummm you started this shit that turned this thread into mush.

I stated something aboutt he template. You took it the other direction. For gods sake have some accountability even if you are only 18.
