my personal suggested flowchat would be

Rippetoe ---> 5x5 --->EDT/Defranco
God, that's like Glassman claiming crossfit to be the greatest. none of those are frankly. It's a individual assesment and need based at the time. I can tell you that I don't use any of those programs 5x5, Rippetoe etc etc. neither does anyone at the US training camp in Park City. None the less, its arguining semantics.

Any top oly coach or anything of the like includes plenty of assistance lifts. West side, Burgener, Everett, Casey, on and on.

I have read SS and I have used a modified template for clients here at my gym. Mind you am talking about guys who can't even deadlift 85 lbs or squat beyond 60 and weigh less than 100 lbs soaking wet.
This is great if you've got an experienced person or coach telling you what to do in order to improve your squat. If you're by yourself and a noob you're inviting injury by squatting three times a week.

When I started box squatting with WSFSB, I was doing it twice a month. This gave my body enough time to recover from the crappy form I had while at the same time allowing me to learn on my own how to squat with proper form.

I was just wondering, because after you successfully imploded the D&S with your e-stats, pissing matches, and hissy fits with multiple accounts I figured you would choose to stay away. But Nope your back and now you've found your way to the S&P so you can compare e-cocks and lower the reputation of this forum as well.

Great, another shit talker. How original. Especially from someone who post 90% of their post in Carnals pub. You call it imploding, sorry if things are backed by science in my world, or how much weight you push, but that's life man. Then you go and start trouble out of nowhere when I comment on his training protocol. bravo, you now derailed a thread like you claim I do. Brilliant.

Now back to the discussion.

Reputation? Hahahaha rep of what? Come on now.

Ya I started this one. That's why. COme on or are most of you really that ignorant?

I commented on Rippetoes and DeFrancos templates. That's it.

I can't help if other people start anything. It just makes me look a the persons logs and chuckle.

I come here for the education, others come well, because they don't have anything better to do. Toodles.

For the most part though, people don't accept that others know more than they do, IE nutrition. That's life.

I'm not sure. That's a good question Hunto. Maybe it's because everybody is tired of hearing about his degree, tired of him telling everybody else they're wrong, tired of his constant meltdowns, and re-incarnations.

although I am flattered that he looked up my posting history.
