Never seen that before.

Quick translation
The guy said he doesn't do much weight training but he uses this for catchball.
It's full of heavy stuff weighing 20 kilos.
The interviewer asks again, how much it weighs and he repeats 20 kilos
What does it work out? It works out your whole body.

I threw a beanbag chair at my girlfriend. While it was entertaining because it knocked her down, I don't think I really got anything out of it conditioning wise.
