Clip from the dvd "Thug workout - fitness from the street"...

Many interesting pullup variations, some pushups and dips, and ab work...

---No legtraining---

That is what it is from the workout point of view... Then it is a lot of "street/ghetto attitude"... Which will either make you like it more or less... I find it funny as hell and annoyig as hell..

Interesting vid but I wouldnt -pay- for viewing it.... ... ...

That is all

Good point on the lack of leg workouts. I wasn't wanting to buy it, just noticed that with so many other ones on YouTube it seemed like it was a series of some kind. To be honest a bodyweight workout on your legs would be pretty difficult to make up, just not enough weight. One leg squats? That is all I can think of.

Pistol/lunge/glute ham raise variations should cover your ass good...

Lunge, jumping lunges, pistols, renegade pistols (change legs on the ass to grass possition to take the stretch reflex out of the equation and make it a bitch), jumping pistols, pistols with fat momma or other heavy object on shoulders/arms (like weigthed backback, with weigthed west, with weights/dumbells/kettlebells in your arms, with a sandbag thrown over your shoulders), also do "natural glute hamraises" for the hams...

Do all that shit explosively and good and some added weight for everything and report back when your master it... I will be impressed, everybody will be impressed and your legs will be nasty-strong. Aaaigth!?;)

Damn you went ghetto pink belt on my ass. I'm too new here to know what half that shit you just said means, but I will take your word on it. I'm not looking to try BW exercises, I'll just do my Squats and Dumbell walking lunges for my legs.

I found what he said to be grammatically incorrect and incomprehensible at some points

Also, he seems to be quite strong, but needs to eat more, as opposed to his '***** that cracked the conrete.....word' friend
