A few questions to anyone with similar training methods:
What in your opinion is the ideal schedule for these exercises? Currently I'm going every day for around 90 minutes - might every other day be more beneficial? Also, is it advisable to go all-out and work at these exercises throughout the day (multiple sessions - I have few time constraints), or should I stick to one session?
Secondly, seeing as I have an old tub sitting on my shelf, will creatine be of any use in building strength with static holds? Ideally I don't want to put much more muscle on, just increase my functional strength.
