Keep in mind, I'm only telling you what worked for
me. Grappling and Thai Boxing are my main pursuits, and lifting is just a supplement for those.
I train quite differently from the majority of Power lifters here. More along the lines of Ross' II. If you read his 50 Day Sample, there isn't a single deadlift in there.
Though to be honest, I do kinda miss them though. I was just getting past the 405 goal.
