How Work Relates To Your S&P Goals.

How does work relate to your S&P goals? Do hard labour at work? Physical jobs? Work have a gym? Make any equipment at work? Had to alter your workout schedual? Browse sherdog whilst at work and learn new shit?

Well for me I'm a labourer, last week had to empty 4 sea containers, all filled with 500, 50Kg bags, lots of fun that was! Taking them all out by hand and putting them on a pallet, got a good work out form it though. Done lots of shit like that, got me a bit stronger and tougher than from what I use to be like.

Discuss.

Mine allows me to lift 32" TVs with ease - that's only a couple days out of the year though. The rest is spent like w0cyru01.

I have a cushy science job at a university, and the University gym is two blocks away, so it's very convenient.

Allows me to sit around at the office, and be humored by the S&P Forum when bodybuilders come seeking advice. Which then helps my recovery ;)

I have a mix. Right now, cushy ass office job that makes me sleepy. Sometimes, I have to go to the plants and help repair broken machinery which allows me to sweat my ass off!

Sitting on my ass, staring at a screen with figures on it, missing an occasional workout due to long work hours or being out of town meeting up with clients. But I get to browse sherdog, t-nation etc.

My old job was great for my strength. Lots of lifting and dragging. Now I sit on my ass all day at a computer. Weird thing is, I'm more tired after a day at the office than after a day at my labour job.

I'm the same way. I have to peel my eyes open from 8 until maybe 2 or 3, but by the time its time to hit the hay, I pretty much have to make myself go to sleep.
