How is my workout?

Well considering I can only do with what i have, it isn't very much.

All I have is two 20lb dumbbells, two 15 lb dumbbells, and a barbell loaded only up to 70 pounds total.

Now all I do is

my crunches and such, nothing too special here
50 push ups
2 sets of 10 rep squats.
2 sets of 10 overhead presses
2 sets of 15-20 bench presses (but they're not really total bench presses because I do them on the floor since i don't have a bench, so I don't get the full extension.)

and I always do these arm workouts because I think if I do one I might as well work the whole arm to make it even, I'm weird about it. But I dont think they're really doing anything anymore because I dont use very much weight besides the normal curls.

2 sets of 5 curls with the barbell
2 sets of 10 forearm curls
2 sets of 10 tricep overhead extensions with 20 lbs in each arm.

Now I know it doesnt seem like much. But how is it? What other work outs should I be doing that are like squats and overhead presses? I dont really do the deadlift cause 70 lbs hardly does anything so... Do I need to do the arm workouts if I keep doing more compound exercises like squats and such?

Also I'm 18 years old and 120 lbs so the numbers might not seem very high.

If you can't afford new equipment then buy "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait.

make heavy sandbag(s). This is cheap, possibly even free.

deadlift sandbag(s).

lower your reps, increase the weight. need more weight on your squats?

squat heavy sandbag.

don't know how to make sandbag?

search for "sandbag" in the s+p forum

press heavy sandbag. again less reps more weight.

dips require a washer and a dryer or some such. Figure this out.

spilt up exercises and figure your new rep ranges etc after throughly reading the goddamn FAQ. And Urban's site, to which there is a link in the faq. It's value isn't often stated here as most are posters are pretty experienced, but it is awesome for teh beginner in strength training. Read it; several times, you'll not regret investing the time. Your questions will be answered, and you'll have a whole bunch of new and interesting ones.
