Like, sitting on a bench, with your chest on your legs, thumbs facing, and bringing the DB's up. You'll feel it in the dear delts, and at the top you can pull your scapula together.

C-mart, because it was decent, but now you're gonna have to pull hard again? hahaha

I've said it before. I'm pro-curl and have been since I dragged my ragged, skinny ass back in here.

There's nothing wrong with curls (IMO)as long as they're not:
A) The start and end of you sessions
B) Done solely for vanity.

Just my 2 cents.

Yep, that's what I was thinking. I almost did them yesterday since I haven't done them in forever. I'll add those as well. Good shit Carnal.

Very nice read.

I agree about the curls. While who knows how much exactly they help...but they definitely won't hurt you.

Exactly. Curls are a surprisingly good wrist and forearm exercise too, even without a thick bar. It's not gonna help your grip really, but it'll make your forearms pop a bit more. It could even help with bending, I might fuck with that.

I'm about 171 right now, fat, and have never pulled 400. I'm downright disgusted with myself and it's time for things to change. Sometimes when one is already teetering on the cliff, he just needs a little kick to send him tumbling down the jagged rocks of the PL precipice.

I like reverse curls for forearm as well. I usually do them in between lifts but I actually did a few sets of them yesterday and I liked them.
