How to hurt yourself lifting weights

I searched, and found no evidence that anyone had posted this video... there are some stupid things in it, and also some ridiculously painful-looking accidents that I'm sure some of the sadistic bastards on this forum will enjoy.

The funniest thing about most of those videos isn't the mishaps, but the miniature bars and tiny weights.

You know what I'd kill to see? A half hour show, that's NOTHING but fat-bitches trying to do crunches on a stability ball to "get rid of their belly", and pop the fuck out of those goofy balls and watch them land on their blubbery cottage cheese asses.

Holy shit, I'm laughing just thinking about it. THe other day while I was working at the gym, this new woman who is quite heavy as of right now, just plopped down in a folding camping chair I know has a weight limit of 220lbs. I watched the canvas stretch and the plastic bow, and it was all I could do not to scream "LADY, YOU'RE WAY TOO FAT FOR THAT CHAIR!". It didn't break because Lynne suddenly changed the rotation and said woman was up, but it hasn't been the same since. It's all stretched out.

HAHAHAHA, that's awesome. Tell me she wasn't wearing those tight spandex shorts where you could see her ass/**** sweat...please say no.
