It was $5 at Canadian Tire. Piece of shit that I didn't think would last. But hey, $5? Who cares.

It lasted being thrown around with 50 pounds attached for a good month before finally breaking.

I just don't get it. I refuse to ever use a kettle bell, as I can't see how they are any more beneficial than a good ol' dumbbell. Therefore, I live in protest.

A kettlebell is insanely easy to make. Urban has some good ones, Alan's looks sweet, but I wondered how it would hold up over time. If you can weld of know a welder, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

That said, I'd rather use a thick handled DB.
