I've done plenty of Hise Shrugs. I find them to feel more natural than traditional shrugs and my neck doesn't feel as wrenched afted.

I'm going to print this out and read it. Keith is a firs-class writer, and his stuff is very easy to read, as well as being very informative. But, they are long and I have to print them out. I can't stand reading off the monitor for too long.
