Yeah hexbar deadlifts are EASIER. It's like squatting.

Much easier to keep good form than on regular Deadlift, especially when bringing the bar down.

Hexbar deadlifts will make you feel like a big man when you load up the bar a few hundred pounds heavier than your regular deadlift.

However, if you do hexbar deadlifts you don't even deserve to piss standing up any more.

I seem to remembwer reading that they can help teach proper leg drive in deadlifts fdor people who use too much of their lower back in getting the bar off the floor, but then again I've never used one.

My advice, be a real man, deadlift.

Do regular deads. Hexbar deads do nothing more than make you feel WAY more manly than you are.

Eh, don't listen to everyone here. If your routine doesnt ONLY consist of squats, deadlifts, overhead press and rows then everyone here thinks you're fucking retarded.

It's good to mix things up and try a variety of different lifts.

And no your hexbar deadlift won't be "a copule hundred pounds heavier" like that guy said, but it might be more depending on what your weakness is and since there is probably a shorter range of motion than regular deads.

Just dont stick with these forever, and remember to go back to regular deads and you'll be fine.
