Madmick, that sight is incredible. I've been browsing Oly lifting sights and have never come across one so comprehensive. It covers everything. Thanks so much for posting the link. I'm pumped. Some of the clips are insane.

Cool stuff. Just recently got some proper coaching on cleans and snatches, and I am enjoying using htem in my training.

Thanks Madmick! I've been getting into Oly lifts hardcore lately. I don't know why but they seem way more fun than a lot of the normal routine lifts.

Im with this guy. I just love drilling the shit outa snatches. Ive kinda been coaching myself since 14. Sometimes the internets can be a good place to look for ideas about improving technique.
