Yo,

What excersises would you guys reccomend to begin with after having taken a long break from training.. Or, how long does it take before you can go heavy again?

Read it, please.

deadlift, squat, your favorite free weight pressing exercise

as for part two of your question, it varies widely and is really up to you

Don't read the FAQ. It's worthless. We only keep it around to harass people.

Yes, i've read the faq. I'm not looking for a routine, I used to do your basic cookie cutter pull/push/squat 3 day routine. all i want to know is if it's ok to immediately jump into those excersises or if i should do some gayass machine stuff first to ease my body back into the habit of working out. I cant find that in the FAQ, i guess i must be blind :/.
No reason to be twats about it, thanks anyways

Nope, just jump right in. The best way to get back into squats and deadlifts is to do squats and deadlifts.

We have that sense of humour

Don't worry about it mate. Lot of tit abouts and god knows they come to S&P a lot

Have a look at the faq and if your wondering how to implement it or change it about for what you need feel free to ask. But I would have a think about things first, give yourself time to digest
