Front squats only?

I only do front squats because I don't have a power rack yet (I'm thinking about building one). I can only squat what I can clean which was 165 (going for 175 wed). The question is, am I creating some kind of imbalance by not doing back squats? I have every intention of doing back squats when I get the equipment but that may take awhile $$$.

No unilateral work with dumbbells, pistols, or a sandbag for you my friend?...I've found that something is not only better than nothing but alot better.

Powerclean+frontsquats+powersnatch+overh ead squats = firmer buns for you.

IMO you shouldn't develop an imbalance, but you should focus on getting your powerclean up to be able to front squat heavier.

I'm working on the cleans. My form/technique is crap, but it's improving quick. I do overhead squats, but not with substantial weight (technique probs). My brother in law is well versed on oly lifts, so he's coaching me. Thanks nos

Listen to Nos!!!! And, doing back squats will definatly tighten those buns. Either back squats or Buns of Steel.

Doing Front Squats >>> no squats at all.

I do deep lunges with 95lbs. THAT shit will give you buns of steel. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't setting myself up for injury by not doing back squats. I'm relatively new to the iron game so I appreciate the advice. Thanks for the time fellas.

bacon, I'm in a similar situation to you, I just make sure my hamstrings get enough work by doing straight leg deadlifts, and yes, cleans work the hamstrings too apparently.

Throw some deadlifts in there with it and you'll be fine.
