Tonight, I became S&P's first man to pinch a Blob.
For those of you who may not know, a Blob is the ~50 lb end of a York 100 lb dumbbell. What makes this task especially difficult is the sloped sides. It is about 7-7/16" in diameter and slopes outward from 3-7/8" to 5-1/2". What I lifted was actually a cast replica, called a Blob50. It's nearly identical in size, shape, weight, and texture, and is legal to get certified with on Gripboard.
