Good job, man.

Just a little bit further to 3 plates. That's where the real fun begins.

Congratulations. I remember the first thing my buddy told me after he found out I pulled 315: "Now go for 405." 405 seemed impossibly difficult, but sure enough, hit it a while back and now looking toward 500. Instead of being overwhelmed by the thought of 500 as I was with the thought of 405, my progression and success have given me the attitude of "Bring on 500!", when it used to be "405 is going to be damn hard". Along with my experience with BJJ, Muay Thai, and Boxing, lifting has helped cultivate a killer instinct in me that wasn't there earlier in my life and, though I consider myself a respectful and kind person, is quite useful at times.

That was supposed to be a congratulatory message...to quote Anchorman: "That got out hand quickly!"

Great job!!!

You are getting ever so close to the 3 plate milestone.

I am surprised no one accused you of using fake plates or using a suit yet. I guess you'll have to wait for that when you pull 4 plates.

Next time if possible, try to video tape your milestones. It's kind of cool being able to review your old videos as you progress. Plus the PRs often give you a glimpse into your weaknesses.

Keep up the hard work.

for being such a sorry bunch of assholes that the S&P is, i dont think they're dream crushers in regard to strength efforts. as long as a person is progressing its a good sign and everyone can appreciate hitting a new weight, regardless of starting strength

good job, it's great to finally be lurking the boards again. it's giving me motivation to get my numbers back to where they were. 365 is my next DL goal

Congrats man! I remember hitting 315 and it was so sick! Now i'm knocking on 405 and i'm getting the same feeling as if i'm pulling 225 for the first time.

It's always fun to hit a landmark lift. I plan to hit a 315 front squat very soon, 495 dead before the end of the year, and get 225 overhead any way I can before the end of the year. Gotta love all those round numbers !
