This is for anyone who (a) met their goals in the
race to jackkedness, but have more work to do; (b) didn't quite meet their goals in the Race to Jackkedness, and want a few extra weeks to finish up; (c) failed fuckin' miserably because they got a bizarre form of staph infection that led to medically unlosable fat retention!; or (d) wasn't around for the Race to Jackkedness in the first place.
The race begins today, November 1, and runs until December 31 (hit the scale, then have a Happy New Year's Eve Cheat Day). There is no set % of weight loss as your goal, but if you're looking to lose less than 10 pounds, you can eff right off. Anyone who would like to participate, post here and I'll update this post. Also, The Ath-ah-lete is officially barred from this thread, and will be banned if he posts here.*
November 3 Update: flak had a good idea, to keep everyone up-to-date, make sure to post every 5 pound weight-loss increment you accomplish, and I'll update the first page to reflect it. That should help keep motivation up. Of course, you can, and are encouraged, to post a lot more than that - problems, questions, ideas, weight loss strategies, etc.
Further, this is not a "contest," but a fraternal order for those looking to be leaner, meaner, and less winded after walking up a flight of stairs. Therefore, we're not "competitors," we are:
