EliteFTS Articles

I get a weekly email from elitefts with new articles/Q&As. Usually I find the articles fairly boring (and in most cases worse than t-nation articles), but today's email contained some decent info.

EliteFTS: Top 12 Tricep Movements

Alleviating Ailing Ankles

Rethinking Interval Training

So You Wanna Be a Fighter: Part 2

EliteFTS - Superior Products and Knowledge for Lifters, Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers

EliteFTS - Superior Products and Knowledge for Lifters, Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers

There were a few more, but these ones were the best IMO.

elite fts has many good articles, you just gotta find the ones written by Dave Tate, Jim Wendler, Louie Simmons etc.

Hoskinson had a great log, I have been wondering what happened to him recently. EliteFTS back catalog of articles is stellar, always some article somewhere to answer your questions, tricks and tips you have never seen before or misread at some point.

It is the same as the westside articles, I can reread them hundreds of times and pick up something new I have missed everytime.

I spent most of yesterday evening reading the articles by and about Chad Aichs.

its been a few months since I have read anything over at Elitefts but looked around some today. Glad that some of the top lifters are finally coming out and saying what I have been trying to tell people for years, box squats suck for building a powerful raw squat. Josh Bryant and Scott Yard have stated they have found the same thing that I have been preaching for awhile.

Are box squats that much different than the bottom-up squats you do?

I was going to argue with you then I reread and saw you said raw squat, and that I do not know.
