prebens?
does anyone here do pyramide training like prebens or similar?
(prebens= 7 different shoulder/arms exersices you do with a bar, 10reps)
like first you do the first exersize, then you do the first and the second, then the first second and third etc,
it's great for training muscle stamina for ex grappling
