Does Bone and Muscle Density Vary?

^^ because I've personally seen many people with a build like mine and sometimes people with what appears to be a smaller build then mine but I weigh less then all. I know about muscle density being way higher then fat density but does that vary also?

Seriously? There's a thread on the front page of this forum on the exact same topic.

Anyway, both vary. Bone density increases if you work out and decreases if you're an old woman. Muscle density is higher in powerlifters than bodybuilders,

Nope. Standard trains somewhere in the outskirts, though.
