Definition

I was reading on one thread that 6-12 reps of an exercise bulids size. I thought that would build definition, how many reps should you do for definition?

All reps build size (some better than others), for definition you have to lose fat. Calories in less than calories out.

Lift extremely heavy 1-5 reps..to increase muscle DENSITY and slash your bodyfat into nothing!

That is how you increase tone.

To cut fat do aerobics and some bodyweight shit+training.

supp that with powerlifting type moves.
