Lifting for MMA

What lifting routine is best for MMA (wrestling/jiujitsu and boxing), there are so many on Sherdog S&P, and Im a newbie so I have no idea which to pick. Im looking to be stronger, bigger and faster/more explosive. If you think you know the best one for me, please link it. And Im sure this thread has been done a million times, but I DID use search and nothing useful came up.

Yes I did read the FAQ, there were like 10 routines in there, and I have NO idea which to pick. Please help.

Chase is trying to help. I started with a program that's almost the same as the rippetoe 5x5. Also, be sure to read the training logs (NOT statiscools.) See what other MMAs routines look like, and try to follow in their steps,

Definitely go with teh Rippetoe starting strength.

You can go to other routines after when your foundation has been built solid

If you don't have experience lifting I would suggest reading the FAQ and doing one of the 2 day full body splits. Make sure to focus on training technique though, that's the most important part.
