There is one type of curl I do enjoy myself! Plate Curls! They really strengthen them wrists up! But yeah, your better off just learning to defend an arm bar, you will never be able to cul out of one!

I've done it before.... to guys that I outweighed by 100 lbs and I'm damn sure they have never even thought about lifting weights.

Rows and deadlifts are far better for armbar defence. Rows to keep the elbow in so they cannot lever it, and deadlifts for better grip to stall them.

Its always funny when I get framed up with my arms and I have some middleweight trying to legpress against my grip. If they've never rolled with me before I'll let them go until they give up.
