Curling Sets, Reps?

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if you all could help me.

What is the set and rep count for building muslce.

What goal should I set for moving on to heavier weights while curling?

First of all, I didn't read the thread you are talking about, that's my fault.

Second, I am not a noob, just because I have a life and don't post every hour of every day does not mean I am a noob, sorry.

Third, you people don't have to be pricks about it, just answer or go on. I missed posted the other one, I didn't think it went through due to my PC freezing up.

Really, get a life. Bashing me because I made a mistake, you people must have sucky lives to attack me like this.
