The free weights and even the floor padding are custom-made for the Asian physique.
I heard their iliotibial tract goes side-to-side instead of up-down.

Yeah, what is up with that? I read that quote in the article and I have no clue what it is talking about. What is different with Asian physiques (besides sideways vaginas)?

...except in here, of course. Luckily I'll never look good naked, so you know my workouts are legit.

That's a very beautiful gym by the look of it, Phenom. I like the IMAX ceiling you seem to have going on there. I lift in my garage, under a decaying roof of cracked slate and rotten wood held together by spider webs and old wasp nests.

The average size of Asians is about 5'5'-5'10 so most machines (cough cough) are buuilt for bigger sized caucasians.

However, the machines at my gym are just display and 90% of the people focus training in the dungeon, the area pictured in the article

Ok, I see what you mean. I am White, and 5 foot 10, and according to the machines at my gym, I go with setting 3 of 5, so I guess at my gym they are built for women from Southern China.

What is wierd is that I don't think of Asian guys as being small because nearly all the Chinese and Korean guys I used to train BJJ with were big, a lot bigger than me.
