Why, oh why?! On top of the routine being pure bullshit he seems to do all of his ets as pumpsets (no lockout).
I have a hard time believing that this really is what he does.

I guess if you think about it, Tito is beastly huge already, and any lifting routine that was actually effective would probably knock him out of his weight class. Maybe he's purposely overtraining/underworking to keep him at 205!

Then again this routine could just be giving him the AIDS...

That's BS bro. I work with fighters all the time that can't move up weight classes etc, yet want to get stronger, proper lifting protocol and diet is what leads to being in a specific weight class, and getting stronger while doing it.
