Whoever was saying negatives are the way to go, +1. I have made good progress this way, and oh yeah, don't over train.

Last night I was playing with my grippers and got mad because my grip isn't evne close to what it used to be. Even so, at my strongest I couln't quite close the numebr two. Right now I cna only close the number one for about 15 reps, but last night I got mad, picked up the number 2, and clicked the handles together without even setting it. Of course, I can't repeat that, but I guess it means I'm close to doing it at will than I thought.

I wouldnt fret on it too much, I've seen alot of grown men who couldnt close the #1, or had to try really hard to do it...#2 is above average by far I'd say...

highly suggest BTRs for those who havent already started doing them.....forced closes, negs, low rep closes, time holds, etc.....all are awesome to do with BTR grippers....file a little at a time...and over time u can make ur #1 harder than #2....
