I usually do really well after heavy lifting where my CNS gets all revved up without tiring my grip.....like after squats, bench, etc......i usually avoid grippers anywhere near deadlifts or other pulling exercises....

Awesome job. I always do my grip training after I work out.

Yeh, that poster was practicing his grip strength using unorthodox methods..from a strength perspective.

Nostalgia maybe? It doesn't really make sense to me either. However, find me a proper shaped/ sized rock that weighs 50 pounds.

Take strap of some sort, old leather belt, webbing, or the Ironmind straps. Tie them to some weight plates. Squeeze gripper over part of strap, lift weights up.

I take a leather belt and after threading some small weight plates over it, I fold over the end to make it a bit thicker. Then I squeeze the number two and try my hardest to hold the weights up.

Make any sense or did I just butcher what I was trying to say?
