Dynamic Row help

I know there have been a recent influx of Dynamic row questions, but i just need a little more clarification. I Noticed that when doing a BOR my upper body is much closer to parallel to the ground than when I do dynamic rows. I noticed that i tend to be a bit more upright for the dynamic rows, is this poor form? I thought it might indicate that I am using my lower back too much to pull, but I'm not sure. After Dynamic Rows yesterday, I noticed that i felt like my lower back got more work than I was expecting. Any help would be appreciated.

The way a competetive power lifter taught it to me is that you have to make sure your torso is close to parallel to the ground like a normal bent over row and not to come up too much. Its a common mistake when first doing dynamic rows to come up too far. Just concentrate on form and you'll get it down.

As long as you're in a decent angle, that is fine... Just remeber to keep your back straight and drop your chest.

I look down during Dynamic/JS rows as I find ths helps me stay balanced during the excerise. However, because of this I round my back. I've always been under the impression that a rounded back is fine and injuries happen from changing the postiion of your back in the middel of the lift. But today I had 3 people bug me during my set to say that rounding ur back is dangerous and can result in injury.

Is this true?

if three average gym goers, particularly ones who thought they knew what they're doing, gave me advice, i'd probably do the oppositve of what they said.
