why would you want a girl that can deadlift 550 ? I'd rather date a marathon runner. Lean and mean, not bulky. You want girls with elongated muscles, not bulky weightlifting type muscles. Squats and deadlifts produce bulky, manly, muscles that is unattractive on women. Ladies, you want to do jogging and things like that, light activity, not to build muscle and strength.
