Check out this dude's handstand pushups

It says he just did 200, that's pretty good. I can't even do 1. Is this sort of stuff good for MMA?

lol, he's getting about a 3 inch range of motion. they aren't that difficult if you're a light guy like him.

i'd rather press a bar over my head. these are good as well, though.

His arms aren't breaking parallel. A brotha like me always does elevated ones enough so that the arms break parallel!

Deegs you're being a copout. I use to weigh 220 pounds and could crank out sets of 10 at will.

i was just trying to discredit that dude who was clearly the bw equivalent of a quarter squarter. well that guy looks like he's 155, at 220, i reckon that gets pretty difficult. what's your SOHP?
