I had a six pack last week. Chugged that mother fucker down and then moved on to a more manly glass of burbon. Moral of the story is:

1.) WHO FUCKING CARES ABOUT YOUR 6 PACK, the S&P forums surely does not.

2.) Your "holier than thou" bull shit needs to be cut out, like Cody's girlfriends emo sister. Urban has a twitchy finger and it's always close to the "bant" button. In this case I hope it's very close.

TTT.

I streamlined the list, improved the categorization, and provided links to demonstrations for nearly every exercise. I also added an introduction and Keith Wassung's "Big 4 for Core."

So now there's no more excuses for guys (like the above) to not do the most difficult and effective core exercises out there. Not that I believe a tool like this- who is too lazy to Google a fucking word- would actually have the discipline and work ethic to perform the exercises now that they're linked.

But for the rest of the forum, enjoy. IMO, this is simply one of the best stickies in the whole forum now.

It already was one of the most epic posts in S-P history and this shit is just to fucking good.

Perhaps one of the most explanatory posts regarding how the rather complex works to.

Urbans great response to the troll was great to.

When the heck did that happen? I mean, it IS about time that Madmick made mod, but I feel stupid for having missed it.

Congrats, mick.

Edit: The Decline Sit-Ups link goes to the Weighted Incline Sit-up page on ExRx.net. You'll have to forgive my ignorance, but I don't know if this is just a difference in terminology or if it's an actual mistake.
