The video of the guy doing 10 ab wheel roll outs is good but him keeping his arms bent and near his head make them a whole lot easier than if he extended his arms like Ross. For me it's a difference between getting 5 reps or 10-12.

FYI: Bruce Lee popularized the dragon flag and sagittal plane movements are front and back movements (ie: benching, squatting, crunches and front raises) and the frontal plane deals with side to side or lateral movement (ie: lateral raises, side bends, abduction and adduction).
