Another Band Question

Have any of you ever attempted a few sets of 90%+ weight after doing dynamic sets of bench press with bands?

I did 3 heavy sets after 8 sets of bands today and they went up so fast.

There has to be some benefit to doing this...?????

If you really don't know the benefit why are you doing it? And you need to learn why it worked in that manner. READ

Do you know what resistances the bands were?

They come in six sizes with resistances varying from 5 pounds to 200 pounds per band

Band / chain work didn't make much sence to me either... the article "Feb - 04 Optimal Eccentrics" on WSBB shed some light on it.

I'm not an expert, I'm not going to practice it, but its an aspect that no one mentioned before.
