Not that many, but I don't think they are that bad. Like, today, I didn't even do any exercise and when I lift both of my arms up the muscles on my right side around the armpit and shoulder always seem a lot tighter. I just did some pushups with my left hand in some books. It seemed to help but my right side still feels like the muscles are a lot tighter and did more work
