Advice, basically a complete noob in the gym

Anyone got any advice of a good workout? I dont exactly have a workout set and I'm looking for a workout i can do every week. I usually go to the gym 3-4 times a week, depending how i feel on sundays.

I also weigh about 148 pounds and im looking to get up to 155-165, so if anyone has any advice or workouts that would help me boost up there, that would be greatly appreciated

Don't be so lazy. Do the 5x5 as mentioned in the bloody miracle of information that is the FAQ.
