Essentials of Weightlifting and Strength Training by Mohammed F. El-Hewie. I've heard this one is pretty good. The Weightlifting Encyclopedia by Aurthur Dreschler is VERY comprehensive; check it out especially if you are interested in Olympic weightlifting.

I just received

Special Strength Training: A Practical Manual for Coaches

by Dr. Yuri Verkhoshanski
translated by Dr. Michael Yessis

I got it yesterday and hope to finish it by next week (well the first read through anyway) for those that don't know Dr Verkhoshanky co wrote the original Supertraining with Dr Mel Siff, and he is a leading authority on special strength training. It was his research in the 1950's regarding shock training that led to a lot of athletes incorperating it into their training programs. Very few people were doing depth jumps before his research!
