Icon2 Books!!!!!!!!!

i got books "punching with power" and "underground guid for warrior fitness" by Ross Enamait , and i found a lot of useful info in it, so i am interested if there are any other books that would be interesting to look at.
i know Rosses books are mainly for Boxing, but i also would like to see something for mma.
So if u know any books that might be helpful just list their names.
thanx

those are good for gpp. for strength, check out pavel tatsouline, "power to the people" and "the naked warrior". they are about the same level of readability as the enamait books. most strength books are kind of heavy to read, the pavel and enamait ones are really good for the average joe strength trainer/athlete who doesn't want to spend hours and hours comparing different training methods. the enamait and pavel books will be more than enough for 90% of the people out there who just want to be "in shape" and/or "strong".

if you want to comepte in strong man or to become a very serious strength trainee like Urban or CarnalSalvation on this board, then you could probably read something more. but for average guys who train bjj/mma and go to school, work, and have family, the enamait books for gpp and pavel books for strength are very good.

do it

The new Rules of Lifting by Alwyn Cosgrove and Lou Schuler is another good investment.

If you want to improve your grip and wrist strength John brookfields books "mastery of hand strength" and the "grip master's manual" are both excellent. I'd start with mastery of hand strength but grip master's manual has some great stuff in it too.
