Fuck all, that's what.
While I really feel out of shape, I know I need to take it down a few notches for this cycle. I'll probably end up doing some Tabata sprints or burpees anyways. I just can't go that long with out going for a run.
EDIT:
As for MMA......I'll admit, I haven't been to my MMA gym since May.
I've been focusing on so many other things as of late, MMA has sorta taken a back seat.
