Those are some crazy numbers. OHP of 185 but bench of 135? Hey, benching is not evil. You can do it once in a while.

My squat lags behind like yours. I hurt my back, so I have never been able to crank it up. I really want to get at it, but since I have no feeling in my right quad maybe it will never happen for me.

I think you may want to try 'greasing the groove' approach if you enjoy frequency training. This means that you'll significantly lower the intensity...down to 70-80%.....

If you dont like bench then do weighted dips ....lean forward and go deep....carries over very well to horizontal pressing...

i would lift weights no more than 3 days a week....imho 5 days is just too damn hard....some people can get away with it but they have a lot of experience and they learned to listen to their bodies well so that they know how to back off(Fatty, Nerdking)....however starting out....i'd keep it to 2-3 days....esp if you want to lift heavy...on top you have a very physical job so it all adds up....overtraining is a big issue for you....be careful....
