About Weighted Ab workouts??

I was wondering doing the same 3 weighted ab workouts (Sit-ups, side bends, and another I can't name that works the lower abs/the V) would be ok or should I mix them up

Thanks

the V lines are the obliques, which are already worked by saxon side bends.

I'm asking if it's ok to do the same ab workout (the ones I've described) three times a week to see good results

I would say twice per week is going to be enough if you are doing other core lifts along with fight training
