Wrestling switch

Can you wrestlers explain to me what a switch is? I heard it's something you do to get someones back while they have yours.

The Last one is the biggest clip the others are hard to see..Also these are done from the refs postion after a sit out..BUT this can be done from the guard after faking a kimura.
Notice on the last clip about half way into the wrestlers switch that he takes control of the opponents arm and leans back which forces the other wrestler flat on the mat from the pressure against the arm.

Anyway I hope this helps.
Now i understand it a little better. Thanks.
