Jason Chambers has hit it at least twice in MMA. Several 10th Planet MMA fighters use it as common as the RNC.

yeah, being under eddie bravo it didn't shock me a bit that some of them use it so commonly, its pretty neat though

you nailed it. it is the same thing, aside from the setup. they call it the twister because guillotene was already used for a choke.
