what kind of leg lock? straight ankle, toe hold, heel hook, inverted heel hook, kneebar, calf slicer...what do you mean ?

leg locks is comprised of several different submissions. it's no different than asking someone "how do you do an arm lock?" he's going to reply, "which one?"

there are knee bars, toe holds, calf cranks, achilles lock and many more from different disciplines such as BJJ, Sambo, Catch etc...

I found this on youtube on basic leg locks...

That was horrid..really bad technique...looked like they had 3 months of nogi dvd watching between them. Probably no proper instruction.

Horrible instruction on too many levels. Poor positioning...especially considering that he is teaching. One would thing that since he is going slow, he would at least have good basics.

Search youtube for "toehold".

I guarantee you that you will find at least 4 or 5 quality toehold instructionals.
