Icon14 BAS RUTTEN's WRIST LOCK

The one I enjoy most when the time is right, is the simple wrist lock cuz it enflicts so much force on any limb. Ive gotten many easy tapouts with that. Some even on the same guy lol. The almost never see it coming.

i'd have to say triangle or in scrambles i've gotten nasty at the anaconda. but for the most part triangles. i have long legs and i sinch them around my partner with relative ease cause i'm very flexible.

It usually depends on were I am and who I grapple

I love the triangle
But I try to work on everything

Definitely the triangle, followed by side chokes and guillotines. I actually prefer to be on my back with the person in my guard while grappling.
