Both have fallen off, as they have every year since I turned 30 two decades ago. Getting old is hard on your game
My knowledge of both has increased though, grappling more than wrestling or judo

not that my wrestling was ever that great, but it's been the one to get worse...
although my defensive wrestling has stayed relatively the same

I'm pretty much in the same boat. For the sake of safety in our grappling classes, we start from the knees a lot, so I don't have a lot of time to keep up with my takedowns. I've wrestled since I was 13(I'm 29 now), so my takedowns haven't gotten much worse, but I do notice they're not as crisp as they were. However, I am much more comfortable working off of my back than I was when I started, and my guard has improved dramatically.
