OH SH*T!!!! Tomorrow morning I gotta register for my first judo tournament.. I'm pretty excited. SHould be fun. Anybody got some pre tourney rituals/tips/whatever day/morning before the tournament?

Plan to have fun, attack often and don't get so caught up on wether you win or loose.

Find out the weight classes and if your close to the weight class under you, suck the weight. Get rest and stay hydrated. Watch videos of the people you are going to be competing against if you have them. Dont give up give it your best. Good luck.
