Anyone use the Koga tutorials that are found on youtube?

On Wednesday I tried out his version of sode tsuri komi goshi with the yama arashi grip and really liked it for certain situations. I also tried his morote seoi nage and was getting it somewhat smoothly. Just wanted to see if anyone else has checked them out.

Currently looking for a wrestling club to join that would compliment my judo. Any idea which would be the best style of wrestling for me to take up?

Best bet would be to try and find a Greco Roman club.

i was thinking about taking boxing to compliment judo instead of a kicking-based striking art. Does this seem wise or should i go another route?

i would suggest muay thai. boxing is too one dimensional. not taking away anything from the sport, i love it, but muay thai is the most diverse of the striking arts IMO.

Judo finally got to me after 3 yrs. Tonight during randori I tried to shoot in for a drop seoinage and forgot to tuck my feet in. What resulted was what I believe to be a twisted ankle. Funny thing was it didn't hurt at first so I took a 5 minute rest and went back for the rest of the class. Nothing happens, no pain, no swelling, no stiffness. So practice ends and I head home. After about 3 hrs after judo my foot/ankle starts swelling and I am in some serious kind of pain. Started icing it and took some asprin. Waking up tomorrow is going to be a bitch.
